FunFormat
Irritates Windows users and may block the system

Ran once, this little toy gets on the users nerves with a
message box "drive C: has been formatted successfully".
Of course no file is really damaged; after deleting the file from the
system root directory (it will be there after the programs first start) or
deleting the entry in /CurrentVersion/RunOnce, the system will start up properly again

The program writes itself into the RunOnce key at every start, so windows will start it again and again after booting the computer.

Copies itself into the system root directory using another
filename and writes an entry into .../CurrentVersion/RunOnce.
Displays a message about the C-drive being formatted.
